The Swedish Transport Administration - should be completely dismantled and rebuilt from scratch!

A plant that will be dismantled immediately and divided into plants for each mode of transport. The idea was to have a rational plant that could work in the best way for all modes of transport, cost-effective and rationally utilized for all modes of transport. But it turned out the opposite. A large and unwieldy organization that is largely controlled by the dominant truck mafia. FFI (Vehicle Research and Innovation) has its own departments at the Swedish Transport Administration, but also at Vinnova and the Swedish Energy Agency. How can this happen? We have Europe's most inefficient Transport Administration. We have been far ahead, but today we are in 22nd place. That speaks for itself. Improvements must be made immediately.

Today, the state gives a lump sum to the Transport Administration, which is responsible for distributing the funds to the different modes of transport. There is ample evidence that this has not worked. The sooner you realize that it is not working, the better. This must be addressed immediately.

The current Transport Administration would be completely overhauled, with everyone employed being laid off. Re-employment should be very restrictive and people who are motivated to be re-employed should be distributed among the different works. Knowledge should take precedence and having been employed at the work is not a merit but rather a heavy burden.

New Railway Administration
New Civil Aviation Administration
New Road Administration
New Maritime Administration

People who are hired must have high standards within the respective transport branches. Now there must be an end to the "old man and old woman kindergarten" that has been a distinctive feature of personnel policy within the Swedish Transport Administration.

What does the new Swedish government want with the Swedish Transport Administration?

What you can read between the lines is that the new government wants to create the conditions to completely phase out rail transport. They are cutting money for the railway side but increasing money for the road vehicle side. Even though this is the worst investment you can make. Once again, FFI's impact on our infrastructure is evident. The figure below clearly shows that road traffic is the biggest problem for the future.

An examination of the Swedish Transport Administration's actions appears even more suspicious.

A review of the Swedish Transport Administration's costs for planning railways can be concluded that there is really nothing but pure fraud, or how should the following figures be interpreted:

The Swedish Transport Administration has spent 7 billion SEK on planning for the Eastern Link without building a single meter of track, which is 46,700 SEK per meter in thought work. In Finland, the 152-kilometer Hourly Line costs 200 million SEK to plan, and 1,300 SEK/meter. You can't blame the landscape since the conditions are roughly similar. You can blame incompetence, but the differences are too great.

The idea cannot be avoided that this is a pure fraud where the railway is wanted to appear very negatively and costly in relation to road traffic, in order to simply
close the railway. This should be reported directly to the National Audit Office. It is impossible to avoid thoughts thatcosts have been moved from the road side to the railway side.

A number of years ago, the government gave a large sum of money to work on the Eastern Link. During anaudit, it turned out that the Swedish Transport Administration had taken the funds and invested them in the expansion of E4 in Norrland when it was deemed more necessary. The railway project was moved 10 years ahead.

In a check with the National Audit Office whetherit was possible to handle the funds in such a way, it is clear that the Swedish Transport Administration decides how the funds are to be distributed. It is actually the 24 directors general who run Sweden. If the money is to benefit the railways, the Riksdag must earmark
the amounts. In that case, the Swedish Transport Administration functions as an administrator.

Once again, we can state that FFI has a major influence on how the liquid funds from the government are handled by the Swedish Transport Administration. How long will it be before something radical is done about the Swedish Transport Administration. IT DOESN'T WORK! The taxpayers are the big losers.
