Relief posts
The bollards form an important component of loose traffic load carrier. They act as a temporary intermediate layer for the load units and they can be quickly placed anywhere and complete its important link. There are also poles developed for carrying down the cargo units to the ground level, so that a container can easily unloaded or loaded in. Then the container is lifted to the loading position again
and can be picked up by a delivery truck. The height adjustment takes place with built-in hydraulic lifting device in the pillars.
Distribution trucks come with a loaded container. Backs up between the posts that are at
the customer or the unloading point.
The distribution truck has backed into position and raised the truck so that it fits in with the studs of the posts. The pins are inserted into the container corner boxes and then the truck can be lowered. The container remains in the posts and the truck is released and can then drive away.
The truck has now driven forward and there the container hangs from the pegs. It is now free to unload and load in the container and the truck does not have to wait for that process but can go on to the next operation.
The container has been moved down to the
ground and The truck has driven away!
The container has been left by the vehicles in the container pins. The container has then been lowered using hydraulic posts that have that capability. Now the container can be unloaded at ground level. It is also possible to drive in with a smaller truck. This means that unloading can take place close to the combat sites. Facilitates the supply level for the combat units.
The same applies to the larger containers. The truck comes with the container and which is anchored to the posts. The container can then be brought down to ground level to be unloaded.
Extensive tests have been carried out with the larger containers and
the vehicle has been in regular traffic in the Gothenburg area for 4
months. Here the terminal picture from one of the loading bays.
The driver takes care of the whole process himself and there were no difficulties in finding the right way even with the larger vehicle
